<\/h2>\nAfter finishing school and a successful apprenticeship at Jacky Maeder in Basel I took my first career steps at this company.<\/p>\n
Subsequently I was transferred to Nedagencies Ltd. to learn more about shipping and sea freight. I was responsible for cross trades, North America and the Middle East. I also gained my first experience in leading a team.<\/p>\n
Changing to Schenker Witag Ltd. gave me the opportunity to study and develop complex logistics concepts. In the double function of head of logistics and deputy head of IT I had the chance to taste the challenges of contract logistics before this term was coined.<\/p>\n
At Danzas Management Ltd I was instrumental in the development of new process-oriented computer software for the management of truck fleets and handling\/storage. Furthermore, I wrote a standard work on the creation and operation of forwarding transshipment facilities and the organization of the vehicle fleet. My duties covered measures of reorganization and restructuring of truck fleets and handling\/storage as well the evaluation of locations.<\/p>\n
As CEO of TransCare Switzerland Ltd I acted as project officer in several significant projects in various European countries. My project experience is based on conceptual consulting and support in realization.<\/p>\n
Subsequently I was senior partner and co-owner of Meneghin & Partner Unternehmensberatung AG for some eleven years. During this time I gained valuable experience in the methods and processes of Executive Search and Personnel Recruitment. I was able to establish a solid customer base in Switzerland, Germany, and the Czech Republic.<\/p>\n
